We were relocated to Rosalina Ocean Park as Rosalina Urbino is currently undergoing renovation. Our experience at the Ocean Park was fantastic. However, one aspect that detracted from our enjoyment was Expedia's handling of booking changes. It's evident that there's a lack of consistency among customer agents regarding such situations. Proper training is necessary to ensure uniform advice across all service platforms, ultimately reducing stress for customers. We found it unacceptable to receive a cancellation notice just days before our travel, accompanied by the explanation "sorry, it's not your fault, but there's nothing we can do." This response is utterly unsatisfactory.

Everything was beautiful! Property is well kept up, and a lot of close things nearby. We walked to the beach, and they have a food truck right in front with amazing Tripletas. Felt safe, very spacious space and beautiful overall.

The area was safe and it wasn’t too close to any big tourist attractions. Many restaurants were close by and the Ubers to travel around the area were not expensive. Would recommend to friends and would come back again.

Beautiful property. Although the neighborhood is lively, the property is quiet and well-kept. Very close to the beach and within walking distance of Ocean Park and Condado. Local amenities including restaurants and convenience stores are within walking distance.

Had an amazing stay. This place is absolutely perfect for couples! The surrounding area can appear a little rough at first glance, but i walked everywhere day and night for a week and always felt perfectly safe. There are SO many unique restaurants, bars, and cafes. I highly recommend staying here rather than a resort. You get a very unique and authentic experience of San Juan rather than staying at a Hilton on the beach where everything is too far to walk.

Very professionally managed property. Staff fixed an issue with the stove in a few hours. Quiet. Neighbourhood is a bit rough and noisy but close to the beautiful Ocean Park neighbourhood and beach. The latter is spectacular.

I love the hospitality of the stay, welcomed with water and soda. It was close to everything. There was something going on with the front gate and I was locked indoor, but the host came very fast to rescue me. It is a party area so you will often hear people blasting music while driving by.

A little noisy (loud entry door slammed shut about) but otherwise a good value with lots of options for dining and shops walking distance. Hot water was hard to adjust and keep hot.

Communication with the host was good and prompt the property was clean but had no windows and lacked natural sunlight & the air was moist, water didn’t go down the bathroom faucet properly, the bed was the WORST we literally were sleeping on the mattress springs covered with a sheet the pillows were flimsy my boyfriend can’t move his neck & my hip feels like it needs a replacement the neighborhood was authentic but if it’s your first time visiting it might seem sketchy but it’s actually safe with lots of eatery and close to beach and Ubers are cheap

The instructions to get inside were very clear and detailed. The room was clean and cute. The bed was not very comfortable, but it didn't bother us. It stays cool at night. The courtyard is very cute and we didn't have a problem with anything.
