Terrible. Went to check in at 11:00 pm with my son. I had called twice in the morning to make sure everything was in order for my late check in, and to inquire about breakfast hours and if there was a room fridge and microwave. I was told that everything was fine. When I showed up almost at midnite, since my flight was late, I learned that the whole facility had been without air conditioning for 3 days. They said they did not know when it was going to be repaired. They gave me the option to cancel with full credit back . I cancelled and had to look for an uber an another hotel at that time of the night. My son had a special activity the next morning at 8 AM, so it was a real inconvenience. This second hotel was very costly since it was last minute. Today I contact Expedia and they call this San Juan Airport today. They were told that the person there today had no authorization to refund my credit card. I am a frequent traveler at international level for many years. This has been my worst experience with a hotel. Should not be part of the Expedia options.
