Great property, comfortable beds, easy check-in and out, quiet area, terrific views, and close proximity to so many places. Morning coffee out on the back deck with the sunrise, deer, and birds was both peaceful and beautiful. We hope to be able to return very soon. "

"All 6 families (from 5 different cities) agreed this place was a perfect place to celebrate our family birthdays. We took advantage of the location and spent time at James Ranch and Durango Hot Springs and Spa. Both were ideal for our group with adults and toddlers. There was more than enough room to spread out for our 10 adults and 2 kids. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. The kitchen was very well appointed for the meals we cooked ourselves. There were lots of toys for the kids and plenty of activities for all ages. Property manager was very quick to reply to my questions before and during our stay. "
