" Check-in was fast and easy! Staff was fantastic! Bartender at the bar was awesome! Location is also amazing! My room was upgraded for free and they discounted my parking because of Expedia! Plus their parking is on-site and covered. One of the best stays! "

"My sister and I, both late 60's, Nice homey feeling with the fireplace going and sitting areas in the lounge, also the dining room. We like to sit and play cards or games. Staff was very friendly. Lots of restaurants nearby. Was concerned about the noise level being so close to airport but didn't hear a thing. Breakfast was so delicious, plenty of food with variety. Beautiful walking/jogging path by the water. Excellent for taking pictures and watching the planes take off and land. I would say the only bad thing was the sheer curtains were torn on the edges, the entry light to our room wasn't working but no big deal. Overall, were very satisfied and will be coming back. "

"It is a great hotel on Union Square. SF has Union Square very nice these days- cleaned up, well-lit, couples and families there even late at night- so that all helps to make the hotel a wonderful experience. The lobby is being redone, so that will also be excellent again soon. Concierge, front desk, and bellhops were friendly and helpful. The rooms were not super exciting except for the views, but what more do you need in SF?"
