The house is the perfect size and location is spot on for enjoying coffee in the morning and watching the waves come in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. "The house was great! But you can tell it is a rental. It needs painted inside and a few things repaired and updated. It seemed like it needs some love. The window ledge in one of the primaries looked like someone sat on it and broke it. The garage was unlocked and a mess. There was a used bar of soap in the outdoor shower. Some of the flooring felt a little spongy and the tub downstairs. I’d stay there again. Loved the house itself "

"This property could be spectacular with a little TLC and updating. The layout worked for us with 10 people. We were in Galveston during a rainy week so most of our time was spent in the house.The kitchen was great for cooking meals for a group. Hint I took most of the food frozen so I didn't have to spend my time cooking. The items stocked in the house worked out just fine for us. The deck and outside were spectacular for the time that was not raining."

"Super spacious home on a beautiful canal. The house was a little worn down but it was what we needed for a quick getaway. We rented a gold cart and the beach was a quick drive away! "I am just reviewing the first part of our stay which has been a month, but it has been excellent! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and Rebecca baked my daughter a wonderful huge birthday cookie and they sang happy birthday to her which has never happened anywhere that we’ve stayed before. We are going to be Staying here for the duration of the winter and are very happy to do so."
