Great hotel in a perfect location. Unfortunately, sleeping here feels like you’re checked into a rock concert — there’s a bar right in front that cranks up the volume all night. Such a pity, because this is otherwise one of my favorite places to stay in SLP.

Overall a Pleasant Stay

I recently stayed at this hotel during my trip to Mexico and had an overall pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, the location convenient, and the room was clean and well-maintained. My only small complaints were that the towels provided were quite rough, and there were no washcloths available. The bed was also a little firm for my liking. That said, these were minor issues in an otherwise comfortable stay. I’d consider staying here again.

The hotel resturaunt is pricey. But food and breakfasts are great. Location seems off. Until you walk the area. Excellent. Recommend a stay for sunday morning. Streets are closed off for families and dogs to walk. Central park is two blocks away. Every evening is family, food and pet friendly

All areas are very clean. Many areas to sit down and relax. Restaurant a little too pricey but lots of room to sit down and eat. Lots of other places to eat within walking distance or short drive. We loved the convenience of transportation for big groups to popular places for free. They can also pick you up for a small fee.

Recommended

Awesome entrance with high ceilings, dramatic mirrors, plenty of seating areas, bar, restaurant, and terrace. Nice reception and staff. Room didn’t feel as big as I thought it would be as a junior suite, but It had a nice big shower and plenty of amenities. Location is on the primary avenue of Carranza that connects el centro to the suburbs. It’s very walkable and also convenient for ride share.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. The rooms were immaculate, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities I could need. The location was ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and excellent restaurants. Every morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast with a wide variety of options. I can’t say enough good things about this place – it truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be back!

I was in town for a family reunion and the location was only a block away from my event. The rooms are good, so is the gym. Accross the street there is a super loud bar and my room was near the front and we couldn't sleep at night from the loud music. Also, the breakfast buffet was poor, very few options, slow service and elevated prices.

Great view but lacks comfort

Hotel installations are great and in great condition. The attention from the staff also great. Reason for a 3 overall was the uncomfortable beds and low quality bedding. The shampoo there is horrible quality, i had to run to a pharmacy to buy brand shampoo. The windows in the room are not at all sound or weather proof. Music from bar across did not let us sleep. Through the day the heat would heat up the room and at night the coldness got in too. The gym AC seem not working but it was. Super hot in the gym due to the glass windows.

The hotel and Junior Suite were very nice. Enjoyed that the hotel was on a very active avenue. The park was within walking distance, as well as a pharmacy, OXXO,food park, Starbucks.
