When we went to check in (right at check-in time) they said the room was not ready yet and to come back in 20 minutes. "My friend and I stayed at Residence Contrin on a hiking trip to the dolomites. The small kitchen was just enough with everything we needed to make breakfast or a simple dinner. The apartment was clean, and laundry on the property was very handy. The location was great, a short walk into town with plenty of bars, restaurants, and shops. Would definitely stay again. "

"Amazing, amazing property. One of a kind view, big table for working and eating, free toiletries. It was the best property we stayed in during our 3-week Italy trip. The staff were so easy to contact, as well - very warm and friendly. It was the perfect place for us to recuperate after a particularly exhausting drive."

"Guido's flat is in a very nice residential complex in a lovely area. The views are awesome and just 10 mins from Moena, you are spoiled for choice with so many amazing places to visit. The flat has everything (almost) that you need and is clean and comfortable. Also Guido and Fabia are excellent hosts. Only thing missing is wifi."

"We had a wonderful stay at Fabio's apartment. We were made to feel very welcome, the canopes on arrival where a lovely touch. The apartment was quiet and out of the main resort (perfect for us) but just a few minutes drive to the local ski lift (with free parking) and 20 mins from several other ski resorts, it is a great base to explore the surronding area. The apartment has a really well equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dishwasher, a good size dining table and a comfortable sofa....

"For 6 it was a squeeze but we managed fine. Loved the kitchen. Main bed light fluctuated on and off. All else was great - nice to eat outside - supermarket close by - would be great to have wi fi. Renting via ferrata in falcade very expensive so we did it from cortina. Big hike from house was wonderful. all in all a great stay - advice would be to have a welcome brochure with just a few basics of the house but no complaints. great trip and Holliday - many thanks"

"The young lady that cleans does an amazing job! She cleaned everything in the parking garage: she scrubbed the recycle/trashcans, the walls, the light fixtures. You could literally eat off the garage floor, it was so squeaky clean! The wellness room areas were amazing. The only thing that would have improved our stay would have been a dryer to dry our laundry. I would definitely stay here again!!"

"Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "

Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. We also loved the breakfast. During our tour we have stayed at a lot of hotels, many more modern and more expensive than this, but this was our favourite. We will be back again and bringing friends for a simple, comfortable stay with amazing views under the mountain!"
