Nice hotel, but a/c not working properly in the room

The staff was excellent. As a group, the nicest staff I have ever experienced. The room was extraordinarily clean. Location was excellent near the cathedral. Lots of motorbikes but with the windows closed not much of an issue. Plus the food in Parma is better than the food where you are including the breakfast at the hotel which was a feast of Sicilian fruits and charcuterie.

The property entrance side leave muchto be desired, but once you're inside it fantastic views, water access, pool and tennis courts!

Quirky little hotel in what appears to be an historic residential apartment building. Clean and quite modern rooms with shower and wc. Nice breakfast and plenty of tea and coffee, served in an amazing room with a ceiling akin to the Cistene Chapel! Located within easy walking distance of the Cathedral, the Royal Palace and the marina. Amazing street market nearby. Great service; we were late into Palermo and didn't arrive until ten minutes after reception 'closed', but big shout out to Arif who kept in touch via WhatsApp and waited for us to arrive.
