I was a little skeptical about having no check in desk, but the process was very smooth. The room was large, spotless and very comfortable. The location is great. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Well 1) no on site employees 2) terrible instant coffee 3) had to call manager 10 times over a twenty minute period to get code to get in 4) none secure interior doors. 5) roach dead in bedroom 6) no tv 7) maid wouldn’t wait for my wife to go to bathroom. 8) manager called Saturday and asked if we had to have our room cleaned. 9) manager called and was very upset because we complained offered nothing to make things better. 10) tried to move to another hotel but couldn’t. Please read the reviews before getting this hotel

I checked in quite late at night. The place was clean but austere. The best thing about the room was the bed and bedding. The second-best thing was waking up and discovering the lovely park abutting the back of the building. The staff were great.

Excelente lugar para descansar, si es que solo un buscas un lugar para dormir o relajarte esta bien, no hay personal de atención a pesar de ofrecer resolución vía aplicación, la contraseña para ingreso a la habitación jamás funciono, sugeriría no prescindir de la calidez humana adema de contacto con Tv en las habitaciones, si lo recomiendo !

Nos gusta el hotel , solo que hace falta TV en las habitaciones, también tener más control sobre los huéspedes , ya que esta vez en la madrugada estuvieron tocando muy fuerte , entraron y luego en la habitación de mi hija toca y toca. Se debe tener control sobre eso .

Me encantó el modelo de NO PERSONAL y CERO INTERACCION con personal de recepción. La propiedad es hermosa, limpia y segura. Solo tengo 2 observaciones: 1) Aunque se especifica claramente que no hay AC, es importante enfatizar que con los cambios climáticos el abanico de techo con el que cuenta la habitación, es insuficiente ya que el calor es elevado. 2) La habitación lucia impecable y esto gracias al personal de limpieza, quienes dejan un sobre para que los “inquilinos” dejen propinas. Eso indica que no les pagan por su trabajo? O que hay un cargo extra por la limpieza para los que rentamos la habitación? Desconozco si esto es una practica común pero en los hoteles donde he rentado no me había tocado esta practica por eso la observación. Si es un lugar que recomiendo, ademas esta muy cerca de restaurantes y a unos minutos del centro caminando.
