La Casita de Vacaciones

Entire two bedroom house available. The house is cozy and comfortable located in a centric area of San Miguel City. Perfect for your family or solo vacations.

The house is equipped with
LIVING ROOM
Sofa, TV and AC

KITCHEN Includes a stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, cookware, crockery and cutlery.

ROOM 1 Queen bed with linen, desk or workspace with a lamp, clothes rack, and air conditioner.
ROOM 2: Two twin beds with linen, and wardrobe.

Gated community with 24/7 security on site and video surveillance at the house entrance.
There are 2 pools in the gated residency, basketball and

DINING ROOM Round table with 4 chairs. 2 additional plastic stools provided.

LAUNDRY ROOM: The washing machine is to be replaced soon but laundry services are provided near the residency.
There is also a hand wash sink for clothes in the laundry room as an alternative. Laundry soap is not provided.

BACKYARD The backyard currently counts with clothes lines only but is soon to be equipped with a backyard grill, table and chairs.
