The property lists “sleeps 11” and that is only with the two couches (not pull out) so really ideal for 6-8 total. Owners were responsive and timely. "It is hard to decribe this stunning resort, since it has so many cool, luxurious, state of the art and at same time rustic details. Our cabin was perfect, it has own private bathroom, just steps away.(very serene and peaceful, cause you can hear the owls and see millions of stars at night) Mattras and linen excellent quality. There is a saloon, a ranch livingroom, a chef's kitchen all included. We got a ranch tour and Carly is the perfect, relaxed and super knowledgeable person to show us...

"Overall a great place. Loved the decor and warmth felt in the house. However!!! Trying to access the property from the street was dangerous!!! There is no railing up the so called stairs to the gate. Rather than trying going down or up this way, we walked through weeds on so called grass until we felt safe to access street. This could potentially be a lawsuit in the making "

"We had an AMAZING time at Steel City Cellars. The property still looks brand new and had everything we needed. We loved taking walks in the vineyard in the morning and sitting outside by the firepit in the evening. We enjoyed meeting the owner, Frank, and learning about the property and his winemaking. We would definitely stay again on a future trip to Paso Robles. "
