"The entrance and lobby is immaculate. The elevators have a glass window to see the lake view on the way up, but the window was not clean. The staff are top notch. They were all very courteous and helpful. The concierge arranged for a personal tour guide for us, the restaurant staff was attentive to our needs and the massage therapist was excellent. There was a mention that the hotel was going through renovation so I assume the cleanliness issues will be addressed. I will give the hotel a 3.9 out...

"The place was beautiful. If you love the scenic views and nature, this is definitely worth the travel time. The hotel has a boat to charter to the nearby Sepok island, which took around 30 minutes. "Although there was a typhoon during our stay the staff was very friendly and attentive. When I first entered my room I noticed the toilet water wasn't working. The receptionist had it fixed immediately while we tried the mango grill restaurant. The food was of good proportion. The plating was attractive and the food was delicious. "The first room we got was dated and not stocked with all of the dishes and silverware. The shower did not work and the TV did not have good reception. I talked to the staff and requested a different room and the room that they put us in was, beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing. , beautiful. The air conditioning was amazing.
