"Great location and perfect size for our family of 4. Views were really nice. AC in the living room doesn't work so it was hot in the main area. Bedrooms were comfortable for sleeping with working AC units. Master bedroom and bath was really nice! Kitchen could use more towels and apartment was not stocked with trash bags. Also some weird condensation spots on the floor that were slippery. Minor issues but an overall really good stay!"

Excellent stay with small kids

"Amazing experience start to finish. Everyone was so accommodating and all staff made the extra effort to greet us at every encounter. The kids club was an unexpected bonus and the woman in charge was amazing with my kids. They begged to go every day. The pools were beautiful as was the hotel. We booked one of the club rooms which allows access to the club lounge for breakfast and snacks all day. Because we have kids and I was nervous about them being loud in that setting I asked if we could have the general breakfast. Even though I was initially told I had to maintain that breakfast I received a nice letter under my door that evening explaining they’d be happy for us to join the general breakfast for our entire stay. We were delighted and just want to thank the entire staff for being flexible to the needs of families :). We’ll definitely be back. "

InterContinental Cartagena De Indias, an IHG Hotel

"Our family spent six nights at the InterContinental Cartagena de Indias, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. We stayed in a one-bedroom suite, which included access to Club InterContinental on the 15th floor—a delightful surprise. The Club offered breakfast, coffee, afternoon drinks, and evening hors d'oeuvres, which were so fresh and delicious that we often enjoyed dinner there. The customer service throughout the hotel was exceptional, the rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, and the pool and bar provided a perfect spot for relaxation. Additionally, having direct access to the beach just across the street was fantastic. This was our first time staying at an InterContinental hotel, and it left such a lasting impression that we now plan to stay at InterContinental properties whenever possible. Highly recommended!"
