The reason we keep returning is the convenience of walking down the beach to the dive shop, having a full size kitchen and individual bedrooms for everyone. There are no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, no spa, the beach chairs have seen better days but so has the beach. The sea grass is nothing Grand Colony can help but it does make the ocean unswimable. place. They have the best pier in the area by a mile. Saw eagle rays, sting rays and all sizes of fish off the pier. Very neat. "

He was so helpful and always met us in the parking lot to make sure we got in okay. If you are an animal lover, there are cats and dogs to keep you company. Friendly, but well behaved. Must have golf cart to get around, but the drive is exciting and you notice something new every time! Locals appreciate a drive to or from work if you have room. Very safe. "
