"We actually stayed at the Palazzo Flora as the original room had a plumbing problem just before we arrived. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative both in advance and during our stay. The alternative room was magical, classy and located in the old semi-island part of Gallipoli. Breakfast was great too. Overall a wonderful experience with great staff. "

"We loved the hotel, front desk. Staff was very friendly and gave us great suggestions for the area. The breakfast buffet was amazing and so was the staff. The hotel was perfectly clean, my small suggestion is to make the lighting more yellow, and add some carpeting. There wasn’t much to do in the area, but it made parking very easy."

Everything was unbelievable beautiful and thought through (the pictures don’t even do justice) The owner and staff was the most friendly we experienced throughout our travels in Italy and the service was top.
