"We came for a concert at the bowl and wanted to spend the night and not drive. We had a complementary bottle of bubbly waiting for us when we got to our room, it was clean and comfortable and we had time to sit in the hot tub and relax before catching an Uber. The grounds of the inn are beautiful and immaculate. The complementary breakfast was nice the next morning as was a little more hot tubbing before our drive home. Overall a lovely experience."

"The Best Western Plus is a great hotel in Santa Barbara. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool or restaurant, but they looked nice. The hotel is not super close to any attractions, but everything is a short drive away. My only issue is that I wish the bed had full-size pillows (they were little squares) -- kind of strange."
