Exceptional Service and Friendly Staff! The rooms were clean and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the amazing staff. From check-in to check-out, every team member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. Their attention to detail and friendly attitude made my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service and a warm home atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently stayed at this boutique hotel. The location itself is amazing and offers a lot of convenience. While the rooms could benefit from some updates, similar to what I love about Cardedeu Express, this place makes up for it with its all-inclusive, delicious breakfast and the great customer service from the front desk. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, which added a lot to my stay. Overall, if you value location, a fantastic breakfast and excellent service, this place is worth considering.

The property is amazing. Everyone is so nice and courteous. The security people are amazing. Carlos is great. Was alwys so helpful from the time we arrived until we left. I recommend the hotel to everyone. Everyone single staff member was a delight to talk to. The restaurant is so amazing. Great food.

Staying was somehow ok. Regular not something amazing. My major issue is that Ac was not functioning properly and afer couple attempts to have them fix they were immune. Having to sleep at a hotel with an ac that blows air not diferent than a regular fan its difficult and soggy. people are nice and attentive. Restaurant is amazing with good food and good place to hang. If you need to work thats a good place that allows you stay there instead of looking for a place around. Centric with many restaurants and bars. Walking distance.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It is beautiful. Very clean, people are so nice and the breakfast is to die for. The rooms are great and spacious. I was super hesitant to come to El Salvador but I had a very pleasant experience and the stay here made it 10x better. It would have been nice if someone spoke English to make things easier but I do also kind of speak Spanish so that was great for practicing! I have no complaints!!

I love the neighborhood safe quiet and close to everything, and getting out of the room to eat at Silvestre Cafe is def a Plus .. The property Needs updating the rooms bathroom and appliances are Noisy other than i have no Further Comments!!

I loved everything the service. The parking lot guy(Carlos) was very kind and went above and beyond he really help us with everything that we need. The front desk girl was very helpful and kind too, if it wasn't for her we couldn't arrive on time at the airport, cuz she arranged the uber drivers at 4.00 am in the morning(I don't remember her name)cuz a miscommunication with the other girl at the front desk who supposed to arranged the transportation at the hotel. But everything went smoothly thanks to her. The food was really good the location too. I love the room with so many space and convenient cuz have all the necessary for a kitchen.
