"This property location is Everything. Not only could we comb the beach, we could soak in sunsets as well. Conveniently located a few minutes north of Cambria and a few minutes south of Hearst Castle. We had fantastic communication with our host and had all questions answered immediately. It was also refreshing to see that there were accommodations for kids and babies. Overall we had a great time. Would stay again 10/10!"

"This community is insanely strict. Fortunately we were able to follow all the rules without too much trouble. Although we literally had to leave an EMPTY SPACE in our driveway and park one of our car MILES AWAY in overflow. We got threatened at least 6 times. You'll be fined $400 for this or $150 for that.
