Situata in ottima posizione, strategica per raggiungere sia il centro di San Teodoro che le spiagge più rinomate, l'appartamento di Mamma Marisa vanta un terrazzo spazioso, ottimo per poter consumare i pasti all'aperto ed in totale tranquillità. Ambiente pulito e confortevole e disponibilità e cortesia della signora Antonella completano il quadro, consiglio solo di aggiornare i contatti di verbo/e pedia, per poter chiamare direttamente Antonella (presente in loco) anziché il fratello. In generale, più che consigliato.

Tutto perfetto, unico difetto la mancanza di detersivi,sacchetti per l’immondizia, rotolo della carta e un’eventuale ombrellone per la spiaggia…proprietari gentili.

Casa molto ospitale, bella veranda dove passare serate da relax. Nonostante la posizione strategica vicina ad ogni servizio, rimane in una zona molto tranquilla, lontana da ogni tipo di rumore. Mirko è stato super gentile, per niente invadente. Persone molto ospitali! Bel soggiorno per una vacanza a due! Grazie Mirko e Marisa!

Eerste verdieping: uitzicht leuk, comfort matig.
Groot overdekt balkon op zuiden is prima. Binnenruimte weinig comfortabel: keukenruimte erg klein (2 pitten) en onpraktisch. Matras met harde springveren, geen relax zitmogelijkheid. Electrische bedrading in keuken ronduit gevaarlijk.

L'appartamento è composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, bagno, cucina, un ampio terrazzo e parcheggio. La posizione è davvero perfetta per raggiungere tantissime spiagge diverse (almeno 10) tutte bellissime, supermercati e il centro di San Teodoro. In più erano a disposizione due bici, comodissime per andare alla Cinta (7 minuti). Siamo stati davvero bene. Consigliato!

Abbiamo soggiornato io ed il mio ragazzo dal 8 al 17 agosto in questo bilocale. L appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale per 2 persone, accogliente e ha una meravigliosa terrazza dove poter mangiare e godersi la pace ed il silenzio della zona nonostante sia comodissimo al centro di San Teodoro. I proprietari sono persone squisite e disponibili, per nulla invadenti. Assolutamente consigliato!
