"My son enjoyed our stay in this calm oasis in the middle of nowhere. We actually just stayed put for the two nights and went nowhere. Enjoyed the pool. My son loved playing with the cats. The set dinner included in our stay (a fish and a meat option) was amazing on both evenings and their own wine was very enjoyable. I was disappointed we couldn’t buy any to take home. Would definitely recommend this place and would next time take a trip to the coast as beach is meant to be amazing. "

"Beautiful hotel in a lovely quiet setting and good service. Sadly our stay was marred by a dripping air conditioning unit all night although this was reported to hotel staff in the early evening. " First of all, if you are driving, this is not located in the town on San Vero Mills, but in the town of Putzu Idu. It can be confusing as SVM is a town and an area. "Sardinia is undoubtedly a lovely place but, for me, the best part of our holiday was Paola's house. It was literally steps from the sea and the relaxing sounds of the waves were the background to a much needed holiday for 6 stressed adults! The details now. The beds are very comfortable and the shower pressure is excellent. The kitchen is equipped to cook your meals but there are takeaway and eat in pizza places within easy walking distance even for an old bird like me! We also ate at the bar...
