The AC kept the place cool, though the bedrooms needed a fan as well. The kitchen is quite compact but had everything we needed. It was a lovely place to relax and come back to after exploring nearby towns of Ostuni, Lecce, etc. We loved the nearby beach area at Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve. Thank you so much!"

"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

We did pay an additional fee per person, per day which we thought was pretty expensive and on the second day we paid the spa was cold so we couldn’t really use it. The trulli is equipped with top quality crockery and linen which we have found in our travels is not always the case. "The house was ideal, all appliances were modern and in good working order. The house has really good air conditioning which was an absolute god send in August in Puglia. Ideal house for families with different areas to hang out during the day and follow the sun or shade as needed. "We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Italy and stayed in Ostuni for just 2 nights. It was our first time there and enjoyed it. It was in January so SUPER quiet and not much open but we will be back with warmer weather. Room was huge and stunning. The entire hotel is charming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. "The staff at this hotel are so nice. The breakfast is really good. My room was comfortable, a little spartan but that was fine. Everything I needed was there. I love the lobby, I don’t know if you’d all it art deco or faded grandeur but I really did like it. This hotel is right in the middle of everything. The sea is 5 minutes walk in one direction, including the ferry terminal. The railway station 10 minutes in the other. I was very comfortable here."
