The trullo is internally connected by a corridor to the modern part.

Garden: private swimming pool, 4500 m of garden, 2 verandas, 1 toilet, outdoor shower, wood-burning oven for pizza, 1 covered parking space and 2 covered parking spaces. The garden fence is 2 meters high.

Beaches: 5 km from the beaches of Lido Specchiolla, 8 km from the beaches of the Torre Guaceto Reserve.
