Best Attribute close to beach , worst aspect extremely noisy club directly opposite.

The apartment is close to the beach which is great, and San Vito is lovely, but there is a club directly below and opposite that plays pounding club music until 2am and 4am throughout the week, so it's literally impossible to sleep. It drove us crazy. Also for the cost of the flat it really should be better cleaned and maintained. There were quite a few broken things. With the unbearable noise and sense of neglect it was very disappointing.

La casa è centrale a tutto, 70 passi dal mare .L'unica cosa che cambierei e l'aria condizionata. Ma la proprietà è già a corrente Se lo farà ci ritornerò Volentieri.

Alloggio comodissimo alla spiaggia e centralissimo. Unico neo, superabile grazie ai serramenti e all'aria condizionata, è il rumore proveniente dai locali in zona. Grazie

Der schlimmste "Urlaub" aller Zeiten, Finger weg!!!

Um es kurz zu machen. Der Vermieter verschweigt BEWUSST etwas außerordentlich wichtiges. Diese Absteige ist direkt über, sowie gegenüber zahlreicher Bars, die bis Minimum 3 Uhr morgens, meistens aber bis 5 Uhr morgens geöffnet haben. Mit geöffnet haben meine ich, das laute House Music Beats das Bett vibrieren lassen, und man unter keinen Umständen Schlaf findet . (Jeden Tag geöffnet). Auf diesen "Umstand", und darauf das dass ganze Appartment herunter gekommen ist (toilettensitz kaputt, kühlschrank kaputt, schlafcouch kaputt und getaped, überall Dreck, Schimmel in der Dusche etc pp.) Wollten wir den Vermieter ansprechen, dieser ist jedoch nach Schlüsselübergabe nicht mehr erreichbar, keine Antwort, bis heute nicht. Auf keinen Fall hier buchen !!!! Ps: wir sind keine Rentner, bezüglich der lauten Musik, sondern beide Ende 20.
