The last time

Upon entering I found hundreds of mosquitoes, we never cleaned the room, on the Third day we complained and they told us that they change the towels and sheets every three days and that they did not get cleaned because we got the key and they only had one that the other key was broken, I think it is extremely disrespectful, at least they could find out from the beginning their regulations

Las habitaciones estan amplias climatizadas pero con mosquitos, la comida en el restaurante esta pesima, sobre todo cuando hacen mesa bufet, que por demas el precio que nos cobran no esta acorde con la comida que elaboran, ademas abren fuera de horarios, todo lo contrario en la parrillada, donde la comida esta muy bien elaborada. En el bar piscina no hay suficientes neveras para enfriar las cervezas y refrescos, por lo tanto a veces la oferta era cerveza caliente., por lo que hizo nuestra estancia un poco dificil en esa instalacion. Los fines de semana entran tantas personas que no son huespedes que los que estan hospedados casi no pueden disfrutar de nada.
