"The photos don’t really do this apartment justice , it’s enormous and the views are just WOW. Unfortunately we didn’t see any whales from the window . They didn’t want to make a show ! You could look out to see and watch the crashing waves for ages though . Beds were super comfy and huge . Car was parked in a single garage so safe . We made a fire as no heating in lounge and it was very cold . Our only negative was the lack of wifi which I reported when we arrived. Never got fixed so had to buy...

We had a sat nav so the place was easy to find. Lots of things to do nearby if the whales are not about, wine tours. Shark Cage diving. "I can highly recommend this property! It is a short walk to the beach and have the most amazing views. We could even sit on our balcony and watch the whales whilst sipping our morning coffee! The accommodation is great with a fully equipped kitchen and lovely decor keeping with the ocean theme. The owner was also incredibly helpful and very friendly. We will definitely return! "

"This was a quick stop to our Great White Diving excursion! The place was perfect, big kitchen, big fridge, big everything. The apartment has a place to good braai and heated beds when it is cold. There is a tube and shower. Hot water is great. The area is safe and nice. Few good restaurants around the area, but we preferred to eat in since it was so nice. Check in was great, there is a gated entrance where you can leave the car. Highly recommended! "

"Good spot for an overnight stay or if you don’t really need to prepare meals. Reason being, that there is no oven and the BBQ area is situated in the centre of other u it’s, so no privacy for anyone and impractical. Close enough to the seaside that you can walk, great fynbos area in front of unit. Very clean and a comfortable bed. Strong and hot water in shower. "

"This guesthouse is undoubtedly one of the best beach B&Bs I’ve ever visited. The decor is charming, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. Its location is spectacular, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. The hosts were incredibly sweet, making the stay even more enjoyable. A dream come true

"We had always walked past this stunning hotel whenever we’d visit Hermanus, promising ourselves we’d treat ourselves one day. Well- we just did- and what a treat it was. Brilliant from the moment we arrived to the moment I we departed. All the staff were super welcoming from the parking to reception (Connor). We were upgraded to the penthouse with the best view ever. Spacious suite with everything super clean and light and bright. Free bottle of wine due to VIP status and treats in the room as well. Breakfast at the adjacent restaurant was wonderful and again the staff were super friendly and welcoming. This will definitely be our go to hotel in Hermanus for the future. Thank you for the awesome time. "
