Apparently they have a temporary manager at present and it is clear they need an experienced and enthusiastic professional to maximise its potential. "

"We received a warm welcome upon arrival from Kenny and his staff, We had a day a Chester races planned and were struggling to get a taxi so Kenny stepped in to save the day and kindly took us in his car. "This is a terrible place for a person expecting a good nights sleep in a clean environment. I ended up staying in what felt a converted shed. It was cold and damp. The bedding felt wet to sleep in as it was so damp. I ended up sleeping in my t-shirt i was so cold. The pillows where brown and dirty. The carpet had not been hovered. "Lovely room, perfect for relaxing after a day out walking. Chosen because it was dog friendly and it did not disappoint - good for walking into town and loved that there was a map showing us how to get there by avoiding the main road. Breakfasts were delicious! Thank you for our stay."

"An extremely warm welcome set the tone for my visit, yea and cake to start off with. First class service delivered by the marvellous hosts. A very well appointed room and en-suite bathroom. A fantastic house with a spectacular spacious garden. Minutes away from the Bird in the Hand pub and restaurant. I will be back for future visits to my family in the area. Very tasty breakfast ideal for setting up your day of activities."
