The property is hid off in the corner and the sign is barely visible. The lobby isn’t clean and the worker was on the phone while checking me in. She didn’t explain anything about what I was signing just pointed at the tablet. The room was nasty. The sheets on the bed were stained. The table unsteady and had no chairs in the room. The walls are super thin and you can hear anyone’s conversation. The bathroom was dirty. Shower head was disgusting. Towels were dingy. Floor was dirty. The tv was glitching and so you couldn’t watch anything. It served its purpose and was a place for my family to finally get a hot shower while being without power from the hurricane but one night was enough and I won’t be back.

Decent rooms for a reasonable price
The staff was the best part of our stay. They were very attentive and responsive to our needs. Our bed linens had huge, dark stains on them, but it didn’t take long after telling the front desk for them to bring us new ones that were still in the packaging. We appreciated that! I really felt like they were concerned with our comfort; they even allowed us a late checkout. Another important detail was that I didn’t see not even one roach- can’t ask for much more!

Check in slow. Room only had a bed, bookcase under the tv & 2 chairs. Bed pillows looked as though they were just thrown on the bed. Bathroom fixtures pitted with rust spots, Counter stained. We left & went to the Comfort Inn.

The Desk Clerk charged me upon arrival after my stay had been purchased through Expedia. He said he couldnt find the payment. When i lifted the lid on the toilet the qhole thing came off. The tub was dirty with a broken shower wall and handles but a new shower head

I Needed a one night stay. Looked at the property and reviews before booking. I do believe it’s under construction but was never told. There was chairs outside others hotel rooms. Walked in my room all there was was a bed, tv, random chair and I guess a dresser? The bedspread had stains on it the towels were old with stains, unless you use your own nexflix or Hulu account you could not watch tv. The phone was not even plugged up to the room, I needed ice and ask the owner where to get ice he went and pushed a button on the machine and asked to give it 10 mins. For almost $100 I literally got just a bed.

The lady at the checkout was extremely rude to me and the room was absolutely disgusting! The linens on both of the beds were dirty, there was hair and dirt specks under the comforters. The floor and tub in the bathroom had hair all over the place and you could clearly see the floors weren’t vacuumed. I had to go buy blankets and sheets to sleep on and clean the place myself before I felt ok about sleeping there. I wouldn’t recommend staying here and I’ll never come back. No wonder they don’t refund people their money back.

Ttowels were worn out. There was mold in the bathroom. Had to call to get someone for check in. Police were patrolling the parking lot due to suspicious activity in parking lot. House keeping came to door with a lit cigarette. Would definitely not recommend this place at all. Totally disappointed that Expedia would even recommend this place.

The room was very spacious and overall it was clean. We didn't have any issues or problems to deal with there. It was quiet and we slept well. The only recommendations that I would make is that they add a coffee maker and coffee to the rooms as other hotels do. They do not provide breakfast so when you wake up and want want your coffee you have to go to a restaurant down the street to buy it. The only other suggestion I would make to them is that they invest in better pillows for the bed. The ones provided were small and not very firm. Otherwise we had a very pleasant stay. The staff was extremely nice and the room we were in was nice too.

There was confusion at check in, so on 2nd night we returned to find our luggage was gone thru and dumped in a corner and the lock was changed. The room was clean but extremely shabby and things like the security chain were broken or missing. The bathtub was as slippery as a skating rink!!

THANKS I SHOWED TO CUSTOMER THAT HE HAD ONE DAY BOOKING ONLY. NEXT DAY HE CAME IN AFTERNOON TO RE ACTIVATE THE CARD. WE HAVE ELECTRONICS LOCK WHICH EXPIRES AFTER ONE DAY. WE CLEANED THE ROOM AND PUT HIS LUGGAGE BY SIDE. THE BATH ROOM IS GOOD. WE STILL APOLOGIZED FOR INCONVENIENCE.

Sandersville budget hotel
The room was in pretty decent shape and the staff were nice and accommodating. I did return the second day to a hot room because the maid turned the AC off after cleaning. I spoke to the main desk and the staff said it wasn't their normal procedure to do that.
