"It's what we believe is the perfect place to stay. Small one story with all you really need when in the keys. A place to sleep, with nice outside seating, and conveniently close to everything we needed. The ownership/Management were Incredibly helpful and pleasant. "To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...

"Had a wonderful time. So much to do in the area. We enjoyed the Cabana Club beach only a short drive away and included in the fee. We were there for the coldest week of the year. The maintenance gentleman, Scott and his assistant were kind enough to bring a hard to find space heater that kept us toasty warm as well a giving spot on recommendations for great places to eat. Some construction in the area but tolerable. Hope to return someday. "

"Lovely property. We weren't able to enjoy all the facilities due to the unusually cold weather. We were given a deal on an upgrade when we checked in. My only minor issue was with water pressure which only happened one time. Would love to try this place again in better weather."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Resort was on the waterfront. Very clean. Comfortable beds and pillows. Breakfast area was open all day with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water. Cookies were set out daily from 2-6. Had use of kayaks and bikes, pool and beach. All at the resort. Saw the sunrise each morning directly out of our window, over the water. Hammocks were restful and plenty of Adirondack chairs to relax on. We were disappointed to have to leave. Love to come...
