"The house boat was extremely clean. The sheets were clean, towels, washcloths, everything was spotless. Whoever does the housekeeping did an amazing job. "We really enjoyed our stay here. Our unit was a 3 BR water view. The downstairs living area was very spacious and the full-size kitchen was well equipped. Gulf view was terrific from both the lower and upper porches. The pools were great. This is a very quiet resort. Loved the beach and the tiki bar, which had great drinks and food. "Unique hotel with early communication from the owners. Definitely not a quiet location as we heard lots of loud marina-related boat noises all night. A great place to sleep with ear plugs.
