First time travelling with our 4 month old so I forgot to put them on the reservation (that's on me for sure) but rather than an understanding, accommodating welcome, we were greeted with an dismissive, accusatory tone that I would not expect from a 5 star establishment that cost over R2000/night. selection is excellent. Personalised service. Con’s. No aircon so room was hot and cannot open doors due to mosquitoes. Fan not effective. Bed a little too hard for my liking. "
