"A super welcome from friendly , efficient staff . The hotel is in a super location with the centre of Hamilton 2 minutes away . It is beside the marina and has wonderful seating areas as well as an outdoor heated pool .There is every facility on site for a perfect break . A coffee shop , restaurants. shops , gym and seating areas . The rooms are well furnished with beautiful views . Apparently some rooms in an annexe are in the process of refurbishment . There is a frequent jinty to the private...

"I'm a pretty patient and tolerant person and usually a big fan of the Fairmont, but this was probably the most disappointing stay I've ever experienced. The room we got looked nothing like the room I thought I booked online. It was clean but definitely needed an update. Ok so the hotel isn't fully renovated. I get it. I also get that the service might be a little slow since it's offseason, but I didn't expect to wait an hour from the time we put in a lunch order to the time it got delivered...
