"Ein super Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Nette Leute in Arzberg! Die Unterkunft könnte etwas an der Sauberkeit tun, Ofen gesperrt, Heizung nicht gefunden. Müllbeutel waren Mangelware. Abendliche Gemütlichkeit eher nicht -Wärme fehlte und die Holzbank war sehr unbequem.Vielleicht mal Matraze im Elternzimmer tauschen und mal wieder Streichen. "My daughter and I loved our stay in this hotel. Great location, a few tram stops from the main station, quiet at night although located in the central. The receptionist was nice and helpful .Breakfast was amazing too. Junior suite was spacious and had a nice view of the river. It would be better if there were more staff at breakfast."
