" I loved everything about this glamping experience. The outdoor hot tub was a special joy to use, especially in such a nice and quiet area. It was also a great place to stay with pets. Our ‘house’ was very clean and warm, making it extra comfortable. Breakfast was diverse and more than enough. I also loved that they sold organic/bio beer at the reception. I would definitely recommend staying here!"

"The property is located on a small street and there is almost no view of anything except the building across the street and there are way too many levels to negotiate. I was OK, but older people will find this inconvenient. The rooms are of a good size, very clean, with veranda. Not really kid safe because of open electrical outlets that kids can get into. Plenty of free parking. "

"Overall of course perfectly located on Ossiacher See if that is where you are aiming to be. Very quit and amazing views from the terrace. The appartment however has not been upgraded since the early 80s (except the shower) and things like amenities are a mix of left-overs/spare accesories. It works but basically its done in a way to maximize rental income with minimum investment. More importantly the appartment is very damp which is largely because they probably save on cost during the winter...

"We loved our stay in Trenta, the chalet is spacious and in a stunning location. It’s lovely and peaceful and really special to hear the Soca river so close. I’m not sure if anything has been changed in the bedrooms since previous reviews, but we found them comfy. The kitchen is very basic and overall (as mentioned by others) the chalet is overpriced for what you get, but it’s still a beautiful stay."

"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. "Continuing from where I was before… The other aspects we found frustrating were that the room was so hot! The first evening there it was roasting, found it hard to sleep! But again the staff were great and even though the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on, they made the effort to supply a portable air con machine which took the heat off a bit which ultimately meant our baby could then sleep peacefully! In summary, hotel was okay, I’d be open to staying somewhere else if based upon hotel, but wouldn’t as the staff deserve all the praise and would ultimately be the reason as to why I would stay again and recommend to other people visiting! "

"The hotel was a little walk from downtown, but I felt comfortable walking through the neighborhoods at night. It was very easy to walk from the train station to the hotel and then from the hotel to downtown Villach. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful; the manager was positively the best. She gave me great recommendations and was very quick in responding to my emails. My only regret is that I didn't get a chance to meet her to thank her in person. "
