Spacious XXL holiday home with balcony and terrace, idyllically situated in a grove, near the festival city of Salzburg, on a 1,000 sqm natural site (848 m above sea level). The small town of St. Koloman on the high plateau of the Salzach Valley is in the middle of the Tennengau World of Adventure, a romantic mountain world with roaring streams and mighty waterfalls. Activities nearby: A varied hiking area awaits you: Friendly green alpine pastures such as the Postalm, Trattbergalm or Spielbergalm. One of the greatest panoramic tours in the Eastern Alps leads around the striking Gosaukamm with the Bischofsmütze. The Salzachöfen or the 75 m high Gollinger waterfall are also impressive natural spectacles
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house (Youth) groups not allowed. Non smoking accommodation.

Wir hatten genug Platz für unsere Kinder zum Spielen, und der Balkon war ein entspannender Ort für den Morgenkaffee, Die Küche hatte alles, was wir brauchten, um Mahlzeiten zuzubereiten, was großartig war, um etwas Geld zu sparen, Die Lage ist super friedlich, umgeben von Natur, und nicht zu weit von Salzburg entfernt, wenn du die Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden möchtest, Das einzige war, dass das WLAN etwas unzuverlässig sein konnte, aber insgesamt würde ich auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Schönes Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Schöne Betten, sauber und eine wunderbare Dusc ...

Schönes Haus, es fehlt an nichts. Schöne Betten, sauber und eine wunderbare Dusche. Wunderschöne Lage. Viel Neuschnee in der ersten Januarwoche. Das schöne Skigebiet (St. Johan) ist eine 45-minütige Autofahrt entfernt. Alles in allem war es eine Freude, mit 8 Personen und einem Baby hier zu übernachten.
