"The cottage was ok, very small and rather outdated, but it did the job for a quick overnight stay during our Bavaria and Austria trip, would not recommend for longer stay. HOWEVER, not only are there additional guest and verbo service fees on top of the nightly charge, which is typical, but there's 70 eur cleaning fee in cash AND 10 eur per person towel and bed linen fee in cash! Each person has to bring their own bed linen and towels. And you'll receive an email with mattress and bedding...

"The view of the lake was magnificent. The views and heritage homes were wonderful. The amount of day tourists were alarming, and the fact the way they behaved. As for the room itself, it was great. My only two issues were that the shower could not be properly adjusted and would always spray out onto the floor. And it was very hot without air conditioning. Very comfortable, highly recommended

"Extremely comfortable stay here at HomeBound. The place was modern and very nice, with sufficient space for 5 adults (1 person had to sleep in the living room, which works for us) and kitchen fully equipped for us to prepare 2 meals a day. Apartment also had 2 toilets and 1 shower which was very helpful for our group. Would definitely stay here again!"
