Yeni bir otel. Her yer Tertemiz. Nuray hanim extra ilgili ve cana yakin. Kahvalti guzel. Trafige kapali bir yerde ancak Cok yakininda bir otopark var Navigasyon daravik tas binalar arasinda biraz hedeften sapabiliyor ama sordugunuzda herkes size yardimci oluyor. Odada ketil ve bi biy aynasi da olsa muhtesem olur😉 ama olmamasini da sorun etmedim .

Tertemiz ve Yepyeni Bir Otel, Mükemmel Konaklama
Geçmişi 500 yıla dayanan bir mahallede, tarihi bir konağın özenle restore edilmesiyle hizmet veren bir otel. Otelin avlusu da, odaları da tam manasıyla bölgenin tarihi mimarisini günümüz olanakları ve teknolojisiyle sentezlemiş. Azad Bey ve ekibi son derece misafirperver, canayakın ve işini severek yapan profesyonellerden oluşuyor. Otelin konumu Şanlıurfa'nın tam kalbinde, Balıklıgöl'e 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Merkezdeki her yere yürüyerek ulaşmanız mümkün. Tek bir handikap, otelin bulunduğu mahalle tarihi konaklardan oluştuğu için otomobillerin giremeyeceği kadar dar yollardan oluşuyor ve araçla otel önüne gelebilme şansınız bulunmuyor. Yakın mesafede katlı bir otopark var, aracınızı oraya bırakıp resepsiyonla temasa geçtiğinizde sizi otoparkta karşılayıp bavullarınızı motosikletle otele taşıma konusunda yardımcı oluyorlar. Sadece gelirken değil, dönüşte de aynı desteği sağlıyorlar. Bu da otel önüne dek araçla gelememe sorununu ortadan kaldırıyor. İlgi, alaka, kahvaltı, çay ve kahve ikramları mükemmel. Banyolar lüks konsept dekore edilmiş, yataklar rahat, her şey tertemiz. Dört kişilik odada en ufak bir sorun yaşamadan, tarihi dokuyla iç içe, 2 günlük harika bir konaklama gerçekleştirdik. Gerek otel sahibine gerek hem gündüz hem de gece ekibine misafirperverlikleri ve güleryüzleri için sonsuz teşekkürlerimizi sunuyoruz. Şanlıurfa'da bir eviniz olsun isterseniz, Hermes Otel'i gönül rahatlığıyla tercih edebilirsiniz.

Tek kelime ile mükemmel bir butik otel. Hiç bilmeden görmeden yorumlara güvenerek geldim iyi ki de gelmişim her konuda çok ama çok memnun kaldım ne yazsam gerçekten az kalır.otel edasından daha çok bir aile sıcaklığı vardı.konumu hijyeni çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü her şey on numara beş yıldız

Eşimle beraber çıktığımız Güneydoğu turunda Şanlıurfa’da konaklamak için Hermes oteli tercih ettik. Otelin konumu merkeze yakın, çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydüler özellikle kahvaltı servisini yapan abla. Kahvaltı muhteşemdi. Güneydoğu misafirperverliğini bize hissettirdi. Sıra gecesi rezervasyonu konusunda yardımcı oldular farklı bir deneyim yaşamış olduk. Odamız tertemizdi geniş ve konforluydu. Tekrar Urfa’ya yolumuz düşerse mutlaka Hermes oteli tercih edeceğiz.
