Objekt jsme navštívili 3 rodiny a všichni vyjadřujeme naprostou spokojenost. Dům je prostorný, byl čistě uklizený. K velké výhodě patří bazén, příjemně nás překvapilo výčepní zařízení na pivo a ochota lidí nám prázdné soudky doplňovat. Taktéž kulečníkový stůl patřil k nadstandartnímu vybavení. Trochu chyběla klimatizace ( zejména v podkroví ), ale vzhledem k tomu, že je dům kamenný, dalo se to přežít. Pouze ve vířivky bylo velké množství chlóru, od kterého pálily oči. Jinak velká spokojenost.

Zeer mooie locatie. Helemaal privé. Heerlijk voor vakantie met honden. Rivier en de watervallen zijn fantastisch. Het huis is authentiek ingericht, wat sober, maar de meeste tijd breng je buiten door. Een aantal zaken als keuken gerei/apparatuur zouden vervangen mogen worden, maar alles is bruikbaar. Helaas geen mobiel netwerk, alleen wifi in het huis, niet in de tuin. Ons contactpersoon M. is zeer professioneel en behulpzaam als je hulp nodig hebt. Wij willen zeker nog eens terugkomen.

Beautiful, secluded house offering many activities
This is a beautifully furnished house - private and secluded yet a short drive from the charming town of Sansepolcro as well as large supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. We particularly enjoyed the large external and internal dining areas (we were happy to find the kitchen very well-equipped plus bbq area) as well as the spa and games room. Our favourite thing about the property, however, was the picturesque stream and wooded area adjoining the house: perfect for walking, exploring and even bathing.

For those who want peace and nature
We were very happy about the house in general and had a lovely vacation! The countryside and forests around the house are beautiful and offer a good chance to go hiking. There are some points that should be mentioned: Important to keep in mind that phones might not work at the house, the internet connection was also very unreliable. The contracts and guides would be nice to have in English. The river is pretty but it should be mentioned if it is safe to swim there beforehand.

Großzügiges Objekt in traumhafter Lage, sehr schöne saubere Poolanlage, leider ließ die Sauberkeit in der Hauptküche sehr zu wünschen übrig. Man muss wissen, dass es fast keinen Mobilfunkempfang gibt und das W Lan nur an einigen Stellen und dort sehr schwach ist, also gute Möglichkeit für Entzugsbehandlung von sozialen Medien. Probleme, wie ein leerer Gastank, wurden schnell behoben. Insgesamt sehr schön

Großes, geräumiges, altes, aber gut renoviertes „Bauernhaus“ - 3 verschachtelte Wohneinheiten mit vielen Bädern und ingesamt 3 Küchen (allerdings ist nur eine Küche ausgestattet mit gerade ausreichendem Geschirr) - Pool und -bereich mit Möbeln genial - aussenliegender Tisch zum Essen super, allerdings sind einige Stühle reparaturbedürftig - Gelände/Garten groß, relativ naturbelassen und idyllisch - naher Zugang zum Bach ist toll; man kann echt in ihm baden!
