Detached villa with private pool in street closed to traffic with automatic doors, situated on a high mountain facing the sea surrounded by pine trees, is part of a residential complex with swimming pool and tennis community, between the beaches of Cala Moli and Cala Tarida, with magnificent views of the sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas. All West Coast beaches are within a maximum radius of 10 km (1.5 miles from San José de Sa Talia, 8 km from San Antonio, 10 km from the airport and 15km from Ibiza.)

The villa has an area of ​​120 m2 on a plot of 300 m2 completely fenced, featuring a large living room with TV and direct access to the terrace and private pool, fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, oven, induction hob, washing machine , microwave, dishwasher ..), master bedroom with double bed and direct access to private pool terrace, a bathroom with natural light, guest bedroom with double bed and two single beds with separate entrance, bathroom bathroom with shower with natural light, third bedroom with double berth, large terrace with panoramic views and a pool (3 x 6), veranda furnished with dining room and outdoor Balinese beds, sun terrace, air conditioning throughout the villa, views sea, islands and S'Espartar Bledas with beautiful sunsets throughout the year.

Vacation Time in Ibiza Spain
The host and team were very gracious. The home is beautiful and the views are gorgeous. We had a wonderful place to rest when not in the Mediterranean Sea and the home was supplied with all of today's necessities. A trip of a lifetime and we hope to be back again.

Wir sind zum Zweiten mal in diesem Haus und es war wieder wunderbar. Ein großes Lob an Christina und ihren Helfer. Wir haben selten Leute gesehen, die derart gründlich reinigen. Ganz ganz klasse. Und dann wurde nach 1 Woche auch noch mal gereinigt und die Betten neu bezogen und die Handtücher ausgetauscht. Sowas kennen wir garnicht. Wirklich toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wunderschöne Aussicht, sehr komplette, ruhige Villa.
Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, direkt von der Terrasse. Sehr ruhige Lage, man kann sehr gut abschalten. Villa sehr komplett eingerichtet und sehr freundliche Schlüsselübergabe von Cristina. Sollten wir die Gelegenheit haben wieder nach Ibiza zu kommen, werde wir probieren diese Villa wieder zu mieten. Wir sind vollstens zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt! Bis bald!

Schönes Haus an toller Lage
Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier und es war wieder alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Das Haus bietet alles was man braucht, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Die Lage mit den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergängen ist top, auch die schönsten Strände der Insel sind nicht weit entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Kontaktperson vor Ort freundlich. Kommunikation gestalltet sich schwierig das die Dame nur Spanisch spricht. Mit meinen eher Bescheidenen Sprachkenntnissen, Google Translater und Gestik hats dennoch geklappt. Sauberkeit des Hauses war gar nicht berauschend. Vorallem Geschirr war total versifft (weniger wäre mehr, viel zu viel von allem). Gab Teller mit Essensresten drin von den Vorgängern. (Waren anscheinend auch nicht die Reinlichsten). Ist auch fast nicht möglich dieses Sammelsurium von Geschirr und Gläsern nach jedem Gast zu reinigen. Rest im Haus war sagen wir mal Besenrein. Pool wurde überhaupt nicht gereinigt. War voll mit irgendwelchen Papierteilchen und sonstigem. Der "Poolboy" kam erst nach einer Woche. Bis dahin hatten wir schon längstens selber Hand angelegt. Reinigungsaufwand am ersten Tag ca. 4 Stunden à 2 Personen. Die Terrasse / Patio war nur Besenrein. Dieser muss unbedingt abgespritzt werden da vor allem Sand der sich ablegt sonst nicht beseitigt werden kann. In Verbindung mit Wasser gibt es eine glitschige Masse. Privatsphäre gibt es nicht da aus allen Richtung der Einblick auf die Terrasse möglich ist. Thema Parkplatz! Da steht im Beschrieb "Parkplatz vor dem Hause" stimmt soweit nicht müsste noch dabei stehen "sofern einer Frei". Grundriss-Aussicht-Einrichtung waren Gut. Sehr schön ist die Beleuchtung im Hause und auf der Terrasse. Etwas Schade das die Aufgestellten grossen Öllampen am Pool nicht funktionierten da schlicht und einfach die Dochte fehlten. Dach ist mittels Treppe begehbar lädt aber nicht zum Verweilen ein eignet sich nur für Fotos in die Ferne. Grosses Manko ist die Verfügbarkeit von Schattenplätzen. Es gibt nur einen Schirm der mit einem Klotz von ca. 50 kg fest verbunden ist. Sitzplatz am späteren Nachmittag voll in der Sonne. Ausgezeichnet war jedoch die Schlafqualität. Matratze und Kissen 1A. Klimatisierung des Hauses ist perfekt. Mangelware ist die Frottewäsche. Es gab pro Person 1 Dusch- und 1 Handtuch in weiss. Wir mussten jeden 2 Tag die Tücher waschen. Geschirrspüler ist defekt. Macht Geräusche wie ein Schreder. Ebenfalls zu erneuern wäre Kühlschrank. Die Dichtung löst sich langsam auf. Zusammenfasend: Wir würden sicherlich dieses Haus nicht ein zweites Mal buchen. Der Preis wäre OK aber nur mit diversen Verbesserungen.

Un paradis à Ibiza !!
C'est LA maison des couchers de soleil Les plus belles plages d'Ibiza sont à 3 min et 10 min en voiture et une nouvelle petite supérette vient d'ouvrir juste à côté ce qui est très pratique. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cette maison et notre séjour nous confirme notre amour pour Ibiza.

Heel fijn!!
We werden zeer vriendelijk ontvangen. De woning was schoon en is zeer smaakvol en gezellig ingericht. Een echte aanrader voor gezin met kinderen! Fijn zwembad met groot terras. Dikke duim voor de fijne bedden, de handdoeken en de rolluiken!! Een kleine supermarkt op loopafstand, waar we heerlijke verse croissantjes en broodjes haalden elke ochtend. In de woning is werkelijk álles aanwezig! Cala comté ligt op loopafstand! We hebben genoten!

Wunderschöner Urlaub
Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in der Villa Cala Moli. Ein traumhafter Blick direkt auf das Meer und vorliegende Inseln mit wahnsinnigen Sonnenuntergängen. Das Haus hat alles, was für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt wird. Der Pool auf der Terrasse rundet den Aufenthalt zudem noch ab. Die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Flughafen ist in 25 Minuten erreichbar und auf der Westseite sind tolle Buchten, die teils auch zu Fuss erreicht werden können. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Sehr schönes Haus in toller Lage
Wir waren dort mit mehreren Freunden inklusive kleinen Kind. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt, sogar Spielzeug für Kinder. Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine, Backofen etc. Parkplatz in sicherer Umgebung direkt vor der Tür. Der nächste Strand ist fußläufig oder in wenigen Autominuten zu erreichen. Toller Ausblick und schöner Pool inklusive. Wir haben uns vor und während des Aufenthaltes sehr betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank für alles und wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Fijn huis met nadelen
Het is een fijn huis maar kwam niet geheel overeen met de beschrijving. Het is niet vrijstaand. De buren links en rechts waren luidruchtig. De beheerders waren vriendelijk. Het uitzicht is het mooiste van Ibiza. Kamers prima en fijne airco. Parkeren in de straat was niet altijd mogelijk.

Een fijn huis in een mooie rustige omgeving
Dit vakantiehuis is perfect voor een gezin wat rust zoekt en dichtbij de kust wil verblijven. Een aanrader! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien, is mooi ingericht, schoon en voorzien van airco. Het kleine zwembad op het terras is perfect om af te koelen. Wij hebben er veel gebruik van gemaakt. Vanaf het terras is de zonsondergang te zien, geweldig! De omgeving is erg sfeervol en stranden zijn nabij. Een huurauto is wel aan te raden, maar er rijdt ook openbaar vervoer. Er zijn diverse stranden in de omgeving. Cala Vadella en Cala Codolar waren onze favorieten. Wij hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad.

Wunderschöner Ausblick
Ein tolles und vorallen Dingen gepflegtes Haus. Es war alles da was man brauchte. Alles sehr sauber. Ein toller Ausblick und ein schöner Pool. Das einzige kleine Minus ist die Privatsphäre. Wenn nämlich Leute auf der Dachterasse des Hauses vor einem sind, können diese direkt auf dieTerasse gucken. War aber relativ selten. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
