"Staff was extremely helpful! Made suggestions for traveling back into the city center, and gave clear concise directions, Room was very nice, bed not very comfortable. Our issue was the air conditioning is turned off in December and although window opened a little, there was a loud party in the bar/restaurant (no fault of establishment) so it was either listen to party or be too warm. "

"We had a good experience. The rooms are very clean, elegant and very spacious. The room have a kettle, tv, and a safe. Also if you are traveling to the airport, taxis are available in front of the hotel if you need them. In our case when we did the check-in, we arrived earlier than the check-in time, and they allowed us to enter the room. This was very helpful to us, as we were extremely tired. The hotel is ~15 min from the airport and near the port, so it is a good place if you are embarking in a cruise."
