HOW TO BOOK:

The Villa is a 10-minute drive from the center of Sitges and the beaches of Sitges.

ACCOMMODATION:
The villa has two areas: The House with 4 rooms and an area built at the end of the garden for 2 more rooms. A somewhat independent area.

OUTSIDE OF THE VILLA:
Outside dining room for 12 people, with adjoining BBA, Chill-out, swimming pool, garden, sun beds, umbrella.
You can park up to 3 cars on the grounds of the villa, in front of the garage as on the ramp.

INSIDE THE VILLA:
The main house is divided into 2 floors:
- Ground floor with the living room, the interior dining room and the kitchen. We also find on this floor the main suite.
- Entrance floor with the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The small house has two bedrooms, and a bathroom, to an area for breakfast. You have to go through the room of the second construction to get out or go to the bathroom.

Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures from 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. Villa Maria is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 days from November to March. Its rate is very tight in these periods.

At Weekly Villas, we strive to offer you the best value for your stay, ensuring that you only pay for the services you really need. Our basic rental rate includes everything necessary for you to enjoy an excellent stay. However, if you wish to add additional services, the extra costs for each of them are detailed below:

Important aspects regarding rates and payments:

1. We accept payments with Visa card through Vrbo with a 3% card commission surcharge. Payment can also be made via bank transfer.

2. The Vrbo assistance service is available with both payment methods.

3. Cleaning costs:
- Stays up to one week: Cleaning cost: €350 at the end of the stay.
- Stays of two weeks: Intermediate cleaning: 2 hours, performed by 2 people, in the middle of the stay, cost €60. Final full cleaning: at the end of the second week, cost €350.
- Stays of three weeks: Two intermediate cleanings (one in the middle of the first week and one in the middle of the second week), each costing €60. Final full cleaning: at the end of the third week, cost €350.
- Stays of one month: Three intermediate cleanings: one intermediate cleaning at the end of each week, each costing €60. Final full cleaning: at the end of the month, cost €250.

4. Tourist tax: €1 per adult per day during the first 7 days.

5. In the low winter season, the costs for water, electricity, and gas are calculated according to actual consumption, with a surcharge of €300 per week for heating.

6. Late check-in: From 20:00 to 24:00 has an additional cost of €45.

7. Late check-in: From 24:00 has an additional cost of €70.

8. An additional surcharge of €15 per person per day applies from the eighth guest onwards.

9. There is a monthly surcharge of €100 for pets.
