"The hotel and staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. The room was big, very clean. and charming with juliette balconies. The bed and linens comfortable. AC works excellent. The neighborhood has a wonderful bakery and a great restaurant. The street is busy so noisy and a bit dirty, although we found Naples in general to be less clean than other cities we visited."

"This was an amazing hitel. It was completely updated and very comfortable. It was close to the train station and only a few blocks to the center walking. Nice coffee shops nearby. Staff were very helpful. We fwlt lucky ckoosing it. It was only 22 E via cab to airport as well. Thank you."

"This property is in a great location to the train and subway station. Having said that there are places we would not venture. We did find a few great little restaurants near but that were very inexpensive. The property also provided restaurant suggestions. The room itself was very nicely appointed with a kitchen and washing machine."

"This was our 3rd visit to Napoli and this hotel. The hotel is wonderful with nice, quiet rooms with balconies overlooking the Neopolitan chaos!! We did not have time to enjoy the fabulous rooftop restaurant for dinner this time, but they serve breakfast there in the morning and we sat outside on a gorgeous morning to enjoy the incredible view!! The only negative issue we had in all the times we have stayed here was the breakfast manager. Breakfast was included with our room but we had to leave at 0600 the next morning so we didn't have time for breakfast the second morning. We tried to take some apples after breakfast the first day so we had something to eat on the second morning, but the breakfast manager was very rude and just kept saying "no". We paid for breakfast, sir!!! Anyway, I would recommend this hotel for comfort and convenience. The train and subway station is right across Garibaldi Square and you can easily walk up into the incredibly vibrant little streets of Napoli!! Please don't be afraid of visiting Naples. It is crowded and noisy and dirty by the train station, but so incredibly beautiful everywhere else and we never felt unsafe. "
