"Property is amazing, a movie view, I mean what is in a good dream, staff very polite and kind. Perfectly clean. Room very big and confortable, each with a private terrace with chairs, and enoght provicy toward other rooms. the stone steps to reach the room area are very folklore, but dangerous with leather shoes, even flat leather shoes. just to know and wear sneakers shoes. "If you are in the southern part of Tuscany, this is the place to stay. Very near the national park and beach park. Easily drove to the Etruscan ruins near Soriano over the mountains, about an hour and to the ancient hot baths to bathe in near Saturnia. Great breakfast buffet made by the proprietor’s mother. It is also a winery and had some bottles of their terrific wines. "
