Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. We woke up every morning to the smells of fresh bread (10 steps away) and went to bed after eating a delicious gelato (20 steps away). The location really made our stay perfect. "Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art....

"Most things overall were OK and the house itself has nice antiques and pretty antique hardware, and nice outdoor patio Host is responsive, but wants a heavy cash deposit for the house and again for the kayaks. The view is lovely. The kayaks are heavy & difficult to use because you have to cross the busy road with them. The beach is used for a dog play area and smells quite bad. N to be or to swim. "
