With a high walking score, this property offers the convenience of walking to shops, parks, restaurants, theaters, and more. The ocean is only a short drive down the street. Estimated to have been built in 1887, and one of the few surviving Victorian homes in town, this is a one-of-a-kind property crafted with integrity & style. Guests can enjoy outdoor living with a sun-drenched patio that includes a jacuzzi, grill, fire pit, and outdoor dining area. From its elegant wood floors to its high ceilings, crown moldings, picture rails, and double-hung windows, every detail emanates timeless beauty.
