We arrived and had requested early check-in prior to arrival. We got to the hotel around 1240 and I know early check-in’s are not guaranteed but the lady at the front desk told us that we will be able to check in very soon, and I mean very soon. We said no problem and went to have some lunch and then came backa couple of hours later and the room is still not ready.
