"I travel the world a lot. This was one of the best hotel experiences. It was not only a beautiful property in the middle of a vibrant area of Floridanopolis but what made it even more special was the welcoming and accommodating staff. In particular Luisa, who helped us with pretty much everything, including suggesting/beaches locations to visit as well as Patricia and Pedro who helped with our stay. 5 star well deserved. We will definitely want to come back. "

"The quality/price rate is excellent. The location is in a brand-new area of development, so everything near is real good. The only drawback is that you eill need a cab or rent a car if you want to go to the beaches or downtown. You are away from everything that Florianopolis stand for. If you want a beach resort, this is not it."

"I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! "Nice room, great bed and pillows. Fridge in the room. Downside—No posted information about if the water was filtered in the complex and no complementary bottled water. No usb or c chargers in the room-most hotels in US and Europe have them on places like bedside lamp bases"

"Hotel was decent. My only complain, was that hotel staff walked an entire family into my room while my boyfriend was there. Whatever mistake, overlook was made, it is concerning. Reception clearly didn’t realize room was already occupied. As a woman who had stayed in many hotels by myself, that scares me. That is a mistake that must never, under no circumstance, occur. Other than that, no complains. Check IN and OUT was a breeze. Breakfast service was not utilized so I have no opinion on that. "
