"Very well decorated room with full bathroom, 7 towels and amenities, the reception team works 24 hours and is always attentive, it is very central to walk around Havana and get to know its reality. We were not affected by the lack of electricity because they have an emergency generator, we really enjoyed the varied breakfast"

"Our stay at Casa Factoria was great in every way. The hosts were so helpful and attentive - they organised a day trip to Vinales and onward transport out of Havana for us. We took the classic car tour in Santiago’s pink car and it was so much fun. The pool on the roof is a nice touch. "

"The Havana Dream is a great place to stay in Old Havana. The room was extremely comfortable and spacious with add on extras such as toiletries bathrobes safe fridge etc. The Manager Beatrice and all the staff were so hospitable and responded quickly to anything i needed during my stay. Do take the breakfast there, its served at a big dining table in the lounge and is delicious. Cant thank the staff enough for a wonderful stay. Oh and its only a five minute walk to the Central park square. Couldnt ask for more."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. Great location, fab decor and roof top and most of all looked after so well by all the staff who make this place special. High ceilings, quirky touches everywhere and moreish cocktails for every palate. Definitely recommend! "

"Staff was excellent in all respects; very responsive to requests. Rooms were clean and pleasant, if a bit small. Note that our room did not have exterior windows, and based on the layout, I'm guessing many/most of the rooms were like this. However, the rooftop lounge was very pleasant for hanging out if you wanted some fresh air and a view. The included breakfast was good. My only real criticism was that the area immediately around the hotel was not great — definitely not super clean and noisy at times. We didn't feel like it was a high-crime area or that we were in danger, but it was on the sketchy side. The hotel is a fairly short walk from Plaza Vieja, and there are a large number of restaurants within walking distance, ranging from so-so to very good."
