We were very happy with our stay. The room looked exactly like the website photos. The location was convenient-close enough to walk to all the sites without being right in the middle of a touristy area. The nearby lookout was busy at night and a wee bit noisy, but not too late and nothing that was every bothersome at all. Also, no elevator on site-fine for us but it could matter for others. All staff were great (Pietro) and the communications leading up to the our stay to help with our planning were prompt and always helpful. Highly recommend.
