The lighting in the room stunk. There was more light in the hallway. Was very hard to read. The one bed sunk in the middle, very uncomfortable. The other bed was ok.

The room was nice,clean accessible and convenient. Very spacious. TV was not working and they sent maintenance right away and he fixed it. Breakfast was not bad. A little crowded around 7:30 but it still worked. Pool was nice, whirlpool tub in room was nice.

I will say the property itself was nice. However, two of three mornings the smoke detector in our room went off between 6:30-7:00 waking us up. Upon realizing there was nothing on fire we called the front desk who call maintenance. It took approximately 30 minutes for maintenance to show up and take care of it. We were told the heater often does this. We were instructed not to use the heater anymore and so we spent the final 24 hours with no heat in our room in late December. We froze. Upon contact with the manager, she said she would do a refund through Expedia and we got a whopping $50.00 refund. There is a safety issue with the heater that was not taken care of and instead we were told to deal with it and here is a sliver of what you paid for this room back. The alarm woke the other people we travelled with in other rooms, and we had to spend time in their rooms due to not having the ability to use a heater. The company response is insulting.

Well staffed and everyone was very nice. The hotel is clean, but very old and dated. Pillows are lumpy, bed was not really comfortable, sofa is falling apart. Breakfast was ok.

We foud a cockroach in our room, my wife killed it. The room next door had several dogs who barked all night. Our room was next to the exit so from 6am-10am non stop door slamming. The shower didnt drain. Room chairs were very wore down. The hot tub was pretty much a small hot pool kids were jumping in and out of. No jets to turn on in the hot tub area. Standing slimy hot water. Not pleased at all.

A really nice pet friendly hotel in Santa Fe is hard to come by. The Best Western is clean, well lit outside, and the staff is friendly. We enjoyed our stay.

Decent property, a little older but in decent condition. Good location for a lot of things in Santa Fe. Breakfast was fresh and had a nice variety. Main thing we didn't like was that the room was pretty tight. We had 2 beds and a (pull out) couch and that left very little space to move around.

Convenient to shopping and restaurants. Easy parking close to hotel, well lit, well traveled, safe area. Very easy check in and friendly staff. Room was spacious with nice, comfortable bedding. Pillows were an 7/10... but ok. Room had everything needed to relax or work. I would recommend for an overnight in Santa Fe.
