Our fully renovated, modern 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom adobe home, located a mere 10 minute walk to the Historic Santa Fe Plaza, is central to everything Santa Fe has to offer. From arts and culture, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and iconic desert landscapes, this home is the perfect all-season Santa Fe getaway.

Our home is steeped in southwest style featuring a Kiva-style fireplace in the main living space, modern updates and finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, air conditioning, new furnishings throughout, Restoration Hardware bedding, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors. All three bedrooms and living area are equipped with flat screen TV’s with full cable. The home easily accommodates multiple families with two master bedroom configurations on each level. This home's featured gems include a Pueblo-style outdoor fireplace and outdoor dining area. Recently upgraded to solar power in 2021, this home is environmentally friendly as well as luxurious!

This home's location provides ideal access to the Santa Fe Opera, Santa Fe Ski Resort, the Railyard Arts District, Canyon Road, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.

Master En Suite - King Bed (Main Floor)
**2nd Master Suite - King Bed / Private Bath / Kitchenette / Private Entrance (Lower Floor).
3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed (Main Floor)
Main Living Space - Queen Pull Out Sofa

**Please note that there are stairs required to access this lower level bedroom and that they are narrow. Alternatively, guests can use the private outside entrance if they prefer not to use the staircase.

Guests have access to a one car garage perfect for storing bikes, a covered carport, and additional off street parking. There is also a Tesla charger and 220V car charger available for guest use.

The home is dog friendly (1 dog max) and the pet fee is $40/day (Max $250).

Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

We had a lovely stay. The patio was wonderful. The yard and trees kept it cool. We walked to town several times a day. Ample parking. Nice to have use of a charger for our e-cars. Both the people and dogs loved it.

It was a convenient location. It is a 15 minute walk to the plaza - it is a pretty steep hill when walking back - but very doable. Place was stocked with supplies in the kitchen - even though we brought a ton of groceries we forgot a few things and luckily the kitchen had tons of spices! SO helpful!!

Communication from property management and home were great. Location is in a quiet relaxing neighborhood, but an easy walk to Ft Marcy park (sunrise/sunset views) and the historic downtown area. Kitchen is well equiped for home cooking and the primary bath is such a treat!

Our family enjoyed our time at this Santa Fe adobe home. I’m pretty sure our favorite spot was the outdoor patio as we love to eat outside. It was wonderful to walk to the nearby park and walk the trail. This home provided a base to return to from the many sightseeing activities we explored. Truly the only frustrating thing was we were provided one bath towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person for 7 nights. Additional washcloths were sent over after we questioned if that was normal. I have read some other reviews with the same issue. Think it would be gracious of the host to arrive and have extra bath linens provided and available for guests. Overall we loved the home and enjoyed our stay. We would not hesitate to visit again.

We loved it however our friends who were in the downstairs suite couldn't lock the door from the outside. They contacted the facility owners with the problem, even sent a video to them (I have this upon request) but the problem was never resolved. They had to always take the wonky stairs up to exit the property, and he's quite tall. They also reported the bathroom light was nonfunctional. This was also unresolved during the course of our stay.

LOVE Santa Fe!
Overall, we enjoyed staying at the property, however, we could not use downstairs which was one of the main bedrooms because of the steep steps. That would be the only major problem when traveling with 4 adults.

Great location! Very Santa Fe type home that has been nicely updated! Perfect for dogs! Only complaint was the heat was not even through out the house. The master bath was FREEZING! I will say it was extremely cold when we were there, in the teens.

Well appointed, close to town, lovely indoors and out. We are five adult women in town for the Opera. The lay-out and amenities worked very well for us, especially the downstairs "suite", complete with its own coffee maker and refrigerator. We enjoyed chilling at the kitchen bar, and outside by the fireplace. The property manager was very responsive and accomodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Girls Trip In Santa Fe
We booked this rental for a girls trip with the women in my family. The house was easy to find and offers shaded parking in the car port, and check-in was easy. We took full advantage of the great space the house offers, from morning coffee on the patio to the well equipped kitchen with enough space to gather and chat while we cooked dinner. The location was central to all the activities we planned, a short walk to the plaza, great trails to walk near by, and a quick drive to anywhere you want to go. Looking forward to visiting Santa Fe again and would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in town!

This is the perfect vacation house in Santa Fe
We stayed here last week during our evacuation from Los Alamos, so while it was not technically a vacation, it was easy to see how this house would be perfect for out of town visitors wanting to explore Santa Fe. It was super clean, with king sized beds and a nicely stocked kitchen. The outdoor area in the back was absolutely lovely in the late afternoons and evenings, and the front yard had a beautifully green grass underneath a flowering tree where we ate lunch a few times (next to a lilac bush!) . We saw deer in the neighborhood, and a bunny one morning...and walked downtown to have ice cream one evening. It was very quiet and peaceful with friendly neighbors. The property management also deserves a commendation, since we booked the same day we wanted to check in, they moved quickly to get the landscaping team over to mow, and allowed us an early check-in. I would stay here again and liked working with this management company!

Bathrooms and beds were excellent. Using outside entry is necessary with luggage to enter lower level - using that door though at night in winter isn’t ideal to get from rest of main floor to go to bed. We were expecting problems tho based on description of property. Need stepstool in kitchen to get to upper cupboards. No heat in dining room but rest of house was fine. Cable not connected so no access to TV or movies. Internet access was great. Kitchen supplies including wine glasses were perfect - plenty for our group of 5. Too cold to use outdoor patio - looked really nice tho.

overall a good house, but found a dirty bandaid on the living room floor; towels were dingy/stained (reported this & were brought new towels the next day); hall bath (used by queen bedroom, not within room) has no lock on door, no exhaust fan which is causing a mildew buildup on ceiling, & is very echo-y; queen mattress probably needs to be replaced - when laying down you sort of fall into a "V", sinking then rolling into the middle. The house is in a great location though, & the mgt company was prompt to reply to the towel issue & very kind!
