The independent kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and opens to the patio, offering a refreshing space to cook your favorite meals. An outdoor laundry area includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has two shower bathrooms (one outdoors) and three comfortable bedrooms, each with a closet. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds. Families can request a cot and high chair, and up to three fans are available if needed. Located in the quiet coastal area of Can Picafort, this retreat transforms into a lively tourist spot during summer, offering all necessary services and delightful seaside experiences. Enjoy the expansive beach and water sports, or take a stroll to the bustling Puerto de Alcudia in the evenings. Please note, guests under 30 years are not accepted unless traveling as a family. Copies of all guests' passports are required for booking. Pets and events are not allowed. Tourist license: ETV/11817 Ecotasa (tourist tax) payable on-site.
